To celebrate Davao’s special grilled and barbeque dishes, Mocha Productions and Tienda del Mercado will host the 1st Dabaw Sinugba Festival in time for the 76th Araw ng Dabaw. It will be held from March 14 to 17, 2013 at the Tienda del Mercado.

Sinugba is the Bisaya word for grilled. And what better way to celebrate Araw ng Dabaw than to eat Davao food to your heart’s content.

Local BBQ and grill businesses, culinary schools, and foodies will come together in one exciting event that will surely tickle your palates. Everything grilled will be on display and yours for the taking: kebabs, grilled burgers, pork and chicken barbeque, grilled seafood, and more.
