Department of Tourism Region XI
Avatar Media is proud to be partnering this year with the Department of Tourism Region XI for the Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2011. For the first time in four years, DOT is supporting DFAT by hosting two trips that will showcase the best of Davao Region.
DOT XI will be hosting a tour to Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, to a village at the foot of majestic Mt Apo, the tallest volcano in the Philippines. DFAT participants will interact with members of a Bagobo tribe and partake in a traditionally prepared feast. DOT XI will also host a morning tour and breakfast at Samal Island.
