    greetings po !
can your dorm type rooms accommodate comfortably up to 40-50 persons (meaning no overcrowding or super long wait for using comfort rooms) ? our ministry will be facilitating seminars in Davao on Sep 22-23,2012. we will need space reservations from September 21 to 24, 2012.also kindly indicate what are the amenities in your hotel including if you offer free shuttle transfer to & from airport. will wait for your email advisory. will appreciate a quick reply from your end. thank you & God bless.

Hello! Can you tell me what month or time of the year is historically of low occupancy? and high as well? Also, is there limit for length of stay? I might decide to stay in 30 days or longer if I like the place. Daghang salamat kaayo!
