HYPE, Davao’s Premier Sports and Lifestyle Magazine. We are a non-profit publication dedicated to serving the Sports Community here in Davao. This monthly magazine is geared towards individuals who are interested and devoted to indoor/outdoor sports, getting the heart rate up through non-motorized, healthy active fun. This magazine is for individuals who live an active lifestyle and who want to remain active as well as those who are interested in becoming active.
Our mission is to be a functional, hands-on magazine for serious as well as recreational athletes in the Davao City Area and its vicinity. We are also focused on promoting a fit and active lifestyle necessary for achieving personal health and wellness, personal fitness, understanding of proper nutrition, and by staying informed of medical information, technological developments in sports, and upcoming events to keep our community up to date wherever and whenever.
In line with our thrust, we would like you to join us in promoting Sports in Davao City by becoming one of our Media Partners. If you can just add a link in your site for HYPE or a small write0up. It will be greatly appreciated. We believe that sports is a unifying factor in any community. It bridges gaps between people of different cultures and backgrounds. I am a pure blooded dabawenyo and working here in saudi arabia for the past 18 years na. I accidentally saw your HYPE mags and i am very much interested if you can give me more information regarding your mag as i can also disseminate this information to our fellow dabawenyos living and working here in the middle east particularly saudi arabia.
I am also an active sports fanatic and i am into bodybuilding and tennis with basketball as my past reference during my high school and college days there in davao city. I am also a member of the Woodridge sunday club basketball and also a member and former officer for davao capitol tennis club .

hi! this is gerard im not from davao, and i’m really interested to visit davao on my vacation. although im a bit worried bout abu sayaf and all the killings/kidnappings there. pero nothing to worry coz im not someone that interests this bandits in your place. 🙂 im interested in going to eden farm, pearl farm and some exotic places, not really interested in the city life coz its not very city looking to me.
