“55 minutes is all it takes for a sexier you.” The Plana FORMA Davao Pop-Up is coming back to our city with this promise.

Plana Forma has pioneered a unique brand of workout that combines dance, sports training, pilates, and yoga. With this method they are considered as the celebrities’ workout of choice.

Plana Forma has formulated the perfect marriage of their signature Plana Forma Workout with with yoga called Forma Asana. It is composed of two classes. The beginners class that focuses on leg strength and core stability. The second class also focuses on core stability with emphasis on opening the front of the body. Forma Asana is less intense that the regular Plana Forma classes so it’s recommended for those who haven’t tried Plana Forma and yoga yet.

Regular yoga practitioners can also benefit from Forma Asana can help strengthen the core by introducing the integration of Forma exercises along with the yoga poses. It can also deepen chest and hip openers.

Plana FORMA is bringing their signature workouts to Davao for the second time around. From January 23 to 24, 2015, Plana Forma is holding Forma Asana, Beginners, and Zumba classes at the Fairlane Clubhouse. On hand to help DavaoeƱos get sexy and fit are Senior Trainer Celine Encarnacion and Gino Ong.

Here’s the schedule of the Plana Forma Davao Pop-Up:

January 23, 2015, Friday:

  • 8:00 am FORMA ASANA
  • 9:30 am BEGINNERS
  • 3:00 pm BEGINNERS
  • 6:30 pm BEGINNERS

January 24, 2015, Saturday:

  • 8:00 am FORMA ASANA
  • 9:30 am BEGINNERS
  • 11:00 am BEGINNERS
  • 3:00 pm ZUMBA

Fees for the Plana Forma Classes are PhP500 each while the fee for the Zumba Class is PhP350. There are limited slots for each session so register now. For inquiries and reservations, please contact Elvie at +63927-4287147.
