All roads lead to Davao today at Team Duterte Convenes in Davao.

Campaign Manager Leoncio Evasco, Jr. will lead a 2-day National Campaign Conference (NCC). Mayor Rodrigo himself will be attending the conference along with campaign team members from all over the Philippines.

According to Evasco, the campaign team draws strength from the experiences of the nationwide “Listening Tour on Federalism.” The team will also draw from varied experiences of campaign team members from previous local and national campaigns.

Evasco highlights that the campaign will heavily depend on the power, passion, creativity and industry of Duterte supporters from around the country and abroad.

#TeamDuterte will employ traditional and moden communication tools for the campaign. You may follow the NCC through the hashtags #TeamDuterte, #Du30, and #Duterte2016.

The campaign team is set on explaining the Platform of Mayor Duterte anchored on five themes:

  • Stamp out crime and corruption,
  • Lift up people’s living standards,
  • Grow the economy to benefit the many,
  • make government relevant and responsive to the needs of the people, and
  • bring peace at home and help build peace to the community of nations.
  • After the NCC, Team Duterte will help organize various support and volunteer groups. This will be accomplished via coordinating bodies in all regions, provinces, cities, and municipalities in the country and in major centers of OFWs abroad.
