Baked by Joyce started with just 2 products: Ensaymada and Cheese Rolls. Now, their menu has grown with cakes, specialty pastries, and cookies.

Their Ensaymada are pillowy soft and generously topped with Quezo de Bola. And their Cheese Rolls are just as soft and delicious with a generous slice of cheese in the middle.

Aside from their specialties, you may also order cakes from them.

Their three most popular cakes are: Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet Cake, and Yema Cake. They also make healthy Carrot Cakes and Banana Bread. And for special occasions, Baked by Joyce can create specialty cakes.

Just recently, they also started creating cookies: Classic Choco Chip with Walnuts and Double Chocolate. Both are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.
